Refund policy
We aim to provide full satisfaction for our customers and will not settle for anything less. We want to make sure you are happy with your new art!
If you notice damage upon unpacking your artwork, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. If we find that the piece was damaged in transit, we will endeavor to replace the piece. In the event that we are unable to replace the artwork we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork.
If you are simply unhappy with your painting, you may return it within 7 business days from receipt of the artwork. Unfortunately, after 7 days we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will email you the mailing return address after you contact us with your intent to return your piece. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. Once we have the painting in perfect condition, we can proceed with a refund or with choosing a new piece (of equal or lesser value).
If your piece was a custom commission, there are no refunds or exchanges. All commissioned sales are final.
